We guarantee everything you purchase from us to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If you're not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, contact us within 7 days of receipt. we will assist you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit.

It is not necessary to obtain a Return Authorization before sending an product (or products) back. However, it is important to supply some basic information so that we can process a return.
Please supply the following:
1. The original order number(very important!)
2. what are you returning
3. what would you like to return (replacement, different product(s), store credit, refund)
4. When we receive your return, you will get an email about detailing how to process.
Please notice that:
1. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
2. All returns must be well packaged, in original condition, original product packaging, and postage paid.
3. Products that are improperly packaged will not be refunded.
4. The refunded is not including shipping cost and returning shipping fee.
Errors in your Order, Defective or Damaged products
We try really hard to be accurate. Sometimes we do make errors, though, even though every order is checked twice. Please notify us immediately and we will send any missing products right away. Please be specific about what is missing.
We also try very hard to inspect each product that we send and pack it well. Due to the volume of orders we process, sometimes a defective product will slip through. Sometimes stuff gets damaged in the delivery. please contact us as soon as possible with a description of what happened and what was broken. we will replace it.
